How to Cancel Your Subscription

Contacting Your Cell Phone Provider

Because the billing for My-Cast Weather on Your Cell Phone appears on your monthly wireless bill, you must contact your mobile carrier to cancel your subscription. Most often, if you can view your bill online at your carrier's web site, then you can probably cancel your My-Cast subscription through their web site as well.

Unfortunately, we cannot make this request to your cell phone carrier on your behalf. You must make this request yourself.

For Sprint, Verizon and AT&T Subscribers

If you have cell phone service from one of these providers, you can unsubscribe using your phone:
  • Sprint: Press the 'Menu' button and go to 'My Content' and then select 'Applications'. Scroll to 'My Content Manager' and highlight 'My-Cast 5 Weather'. Press the 'Menu' button and choose 'Unsubscribe'. Then choose 'Confirm'.
  • Verizon: Press the 'Menu' button and select 'Get It Now'. Select the check mark and then scroll to 'Manage Apps'. Select 'My-Cast 5 Weather' and choose 'Remove'.
  • AT&T: Press the 'Menu' button and select 'Media Net'. Scroll to 'My Purchases' and then to 'Current Products'. Choose 'Digital Cyclone' and then 'Cancel Subscription'.
